Prudent Telepsychiatry Care treats all patient information with the utmost confidentiality and privacy. No patient information shall be provided to third parties without the knowledge and expressed consent of our patients.
Furthermore, we have a legal obligation to report to the authorities in the following situations:
- Suspected child or older adult abuse
- Patients who threaten to harm themselves or other individuals
